What can you help with in my project?
The 60 minutes of the session are yours to use that would best suit your needs. If you need me to instruct you on how to make a mechanic or review work you have already done.
The project I am working on is sensitive; are you happy with signing an NDA?
Yes of course. Otherwise, in any case be rest assured your project will remain yours and yours alone.
Can more than one person be in the session?
Yes we do have the option for group sessions in our Enterprise Option where more than one person can be on the call. Please get in touch by email to discuss your team’s needs.
You don’t have any time slots available for my time-zone, are there any other options?
I want to ensure I can try and meet everyone’s needs. If you don’t see any availability for you then please get in touch; exceptions can be made.
I want you to work on my project with me
Not really a question but I am available as a freelancer and can join a project. Please get in touch with me to check my availability based on your needs.
How long do I get to keep the recordings for?
I will store the recordings and project files myself for at least a year, after which they will be deleted. You will be given a link to access these files.
I need to reschedule my session, is it possible?
Yes, you can freely alter your time allotted. This has no extra charge, however, repeat rescheduling may result in loss of payment.
How do I pay for sessions?
First, get in touch with me via email to discuss your order and we will send you a PayPal invoice which can be paid with PayPal or credit/debit card.
